In November, we suspended lobby cash services at most of our branches to assist in lowering the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus during the holidays.
We are pleased to announce that, as of today,
we have reopened most of our lobbies for cash services.
Our Marshalltown Center Street branch will not be open for cash services in the lobby, but will accept cash via the drive-up.
We can provide non-cash services in a variety of ways.
If you would like to visit a branch for reasons other than cash services, please make an appointment. However, you don't have to visit our branch to be served! We are happy to meet with you virtually (via Zoom) or serve you by phone for the following services:
- loans (new or questions/changes)
- new member account openings
- card issues/services
- IRAs
- changing/deleting/adding account owners
- adding/deleting account types
- adding/removing POD, death certificate notices
- help with online banking, debit or credit card controls
What to expect when you visit one of our branches.
To ensure the safety of our members and staff, we will reinstate the prior health safety and distancing protocols in all of our lobbies. Please
review these protocols on our website prior to visiting any of our branches.
Please only visit our branches if you are healthy.
If you feel ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not enter our lobbies for any reason. Our drive-ups will remain open for your convenience, and you can access your accounts using our variety of online & mobile services.
