CPS Optical is offering a New Year Vision Special until March 31, 2021. Under our Local 891 Welfare Fund Benefits Program, all active members and retirees can take advantage of this promotion. You can view the flyer here .

Local 891 Welfare Fund B or C eyeglass vouchers for 2021 must be used before December 31, 2021.

Reimbursement claims under the A Program for purchases made in 2020 must be received by Dec. 31, 2021.

Reimbursement claims under the A program for purchases made in 2021 must be received by Dec. 31, 2022.
