Lagniappe of Learning Plus Fun in the Big Easy

It's hot and humid in Louisiana in the summertime, but that didn't stop 160 transportation professionals from convening at the annual  National Local Technical Assistance Program Association (NLTAPA) Conference last July 23-26, 2018 at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans.

With this year's theme, "LTAP Lagniappe - A Little Something Extra", the four-day NLTAPA Conference piloted the "Partnership Carousel" and a scavenger hunt using GooseChase mobile app which added to the element of fun throughout the learning experience.
