Southwest Health and Human Services is launching a new community resource. From our Community Health Assessment and Community Conversations conducted this past summer, we discovered that mental health is a key priority for our communities. In response, we have partnered with CredibleMind to launch a free, confidential online platform focused on mental health. This resource is accessible to everyone and covers over 200 topics, including depression, anxiety, sleep, parenting, and workplace wellbeing. Users can take assessments that connect them with resources vetted by mental health practitioners, such as podcasts, videos, articles, and activities that cater to diverse interests and learning styles.
Currently, this platform will be available in both English and Spanish, with plans to incorporate additional languages in the future.
We are so excited to be launching this free, confidential online platforms for our communities from high school age and older. Users have the opportunity to win a $100 gift card to Amazon by going to our website and creating an account. People can create an account between November 15-December 6th to be entered to win the gift card but can continue to create accounts after that date as well. Note: All information regarding assessments that user choose to utilize will stay private we wont receive any of that information.
