Did you know people who are physically active report greater life satisfaction? They also report:
- a stronger sense of purpose
- feeling more connected to their communities
- suffering less from loneliness, depression and anxiety
- more feelings of joy, gratitude, love and hope
So, what is the connection to movement?
We know that exercise is good for our bodies but what about our brains and mental health? Join Kiley in this unique session exploring the world of exercise through hormones, neurochemistry, social connection and the important role of interacting with our natural world. Kiley will present on how to “get over the hump” of getting started and how to make an exercise habit stick.

Wednesday, May 18 | 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
