Marina Improvements

The project involves reconstructing a 45-slip marina with wood stair access, emergency stations, power pedestals, a boat pump-out station, and an ADA-compliant lift. It includes a new reinforced concrete two-lane boat launch and skid pier, paved and aggregate parking with a realigned entrance, concrete sidewalks, a prefabricated vault restroom with lighting, provisions for future site lighting, and a new water well serving three spigots. Electrical upgrades will support the enhanced infrastructure. Construction contracts may be awarded separately or in combination.

The City of Grand Rapids is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a qualified proposals to assist in the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot for local government operations. Implementation involves the setup and secure configuration of the M365 environment to accommodate Copilot aligned with best security practices. The City also requests the training of a pilot user group in the utilization of M365 Copilot. Training should include ideation on how to utilize M365 Copilot, proper use of M365 Copilot and advanced features of M365 Copilot. The City reserves the right to award any single item and/or combination of items as it deems in its own best interest, and to award to multiple contractors as it deems in its own best interests to do so.

Residential Exterior Lead Reduction Services - Sparta

The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for Residential Exterior Lead Hazard Reduction at 77 E Division St, Sparta, MI 49345.
