North Carolina produces arguably some of the sweetest shrimp in the country, but when it comes to size the Gulf consistently produces the biggest shrimp in the country.  If you are looking for big shrimp, our Jumbo 16-20ct is an excellent choice.  These shrimp have an even grade and they come from a high quality shrimp producer in the Gulf. Our gulf shrimp are caught and fresh frozen (many times on board the shrimp boat) and then shipped frozen to us!  They will go great in your seafood boils, grilled with a nice steak, or wrapped in bacon and grilled!

Speckled Trout

Trout is a Fall/Winter time gem in Southeastern, NC.  These fish are caught right in the surf or in the nearby sounds.  Known for their beautiful colors and excellent table fare, these fish can be cooked in many different ways.    They do great either left whole or filleted off the bone.  Let the fish sit in your favorite marinade and you can't go wrong.

Clams:

Our clams are harvested a few miles from our store in Wilmington, and they are salty and tender.  Clams are one of the few products that we get consistently year round.  This is due to diligent clammers who spend their days "scratching" away at sandy bottom to uncover these delicious morsels.  Clams go well with just about anything or they are great on their own.  If we are looking for a snack while we're at the market we throw a few in the microwave.  From the microwave, to the most elegant pasta dishes, clams are versatile.
