Gretchen Blough Talks Tariffs on Marketplace Podcast
Gretchen Blough, Licensed Customs Broker and Brokerage Manager for Logistics Plus, was featured on a recent airing of the Marketplace. Gretchen was interviewed for her unique insight into the ongoing trade war and U.S. policy changes. She has heard all the concerns and confusion from customers who pay tariffs, struggling to manage the uncertainty and costs.

On Friday, June 28th, Logistics Plus celebrated the first annual National Logistics Day at our Global HQ in Erie. LP helped to create National Logistics Day as a way to recognize the importance of the logistics industry in both our national and global economies. At its inaugural event, Logistics Plus was pleased to host local politicians, customers, vendors, partners, and guests.

Blade Mould Shipped From
Tianjin to Turkey
Logistics Plus successfully delivered a blade mould and accessories from Tianjin, China to Turkey. All parts of this project weighed a combined 182,185 kilograms (400,000 pounds) and measured 2,205 cubic meters . Watch a highlight video here. 
Global Trade Alert: Imports from EU Subject to Tariffs
Nearly a hundred additional products with a trade value of about $4 billion have been added to a list of goods imported from the European Union that could be subject to additional tariffs in a long-running dispute over aircraft subsidies. A public hearing on these additional products will be held August 5th and written comments are also due on that date.
