ENJOY SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE WILD FISH OUT OF SEASON - WE'LL FREEZER WRAP IN PORTIONS FOR YOU

STILL AVAILABLE THIS WEEK: ALASKAN HALIBUT AND SILVER SALMON. You can enjoy your favorite wild salmon or halibut in the winter, just have us freezer wrap it for you in the desired portions. The secret to successfully cooking it is to never thaw out the fish, cook it from frozen to retain moisture. Cooking time over medium-high heat is pretty much the same for thinner fillets, a bit longer for thicker ones, best methods are grilling or baking. Wild fish to freeze that will soon be out of season include Alaskan sockeye and silver salmon and halibut. We can freeze it for you, or give it to you freshly freezer wrapped to put in your home freezer. I did some sockeye from frozen on the grill, and it was delicious.

Because so many of our customers have asked if they could get their seafood entrees already cooked, we've decided to offer many of your favorites ready to eat. Pre-orders are required, so we can have it hot and ready for you when you get here to pick it up. What could be better! Tell us what you want! When the season starts, we may do soft shell sandwiches - yummy!

We have done an oyster bar for a parties in Hinsdale, and a lobster tail birthday party in Kenilworth. 

And during Covid we did a socially distanced wedding reception with individual lobster boil dinners.

We've done lobster boils from Hinsdale to Highland Park, for 6 to over 30.
