The City’s Health and Human Services Department (Health Department) recently issued an
amendment
to the existing
“Safer at Home” Health Order
on Friday, April 10, 2020.
The recent amendment includes requirements for essential businesses to post and implement Social Distancing Protocols at their facilities
.
The purpose of the Social Distancing Protocols is to ensure that employees at essential businesses receive the necessary supplies, tools and equipment to protect the employees and the customers they serve during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All essential businesses are required to post and implement the Social Distancing Protocols by today, April 15, 2020
.
Essential businesses are encouraged to use the
Social Distancing Protocol (Business Checklist)
