THIS WEEK IN LONG BEACH...

September is National Preparedness Month

Being prepared for disasters starts at home. Everyone can be part of helping to prepare for emergencies. Young children and teens alike can be a part of the process. Talk to your kids about preparing for emergencies, reassure them by providing information about how they can get involved. Practice how to communicate in an emergency with kids.
