The Tideshift Project presents stories from waterfront freight workers in the era before shipping containers. The general public are welcome to attend in person or virtually day of on Zoom from the Waterfront Museum Facebook page. View our previous two Tideshift Project programs on our Facebook page as well. The Tideshift Project is funded in part by Humanities New York with support from the National Endowment for the Humanities.

‌ Come down to the waterfront and dance to the sounds of The Daiquiri Queens, a woman-fronted Cajun band straight out of Lafayette, Louisiana. Tickets. Showboat Performances are supported in part by funds from the NYC Dept. of Cultural Affairs, NYC Councilwoman Alexa Aviles, and NYSCA. ‌
