The first Community Forum was held on Tuesday, September 16, 2020. Citizens and business members were able to receive a great deal of information from the police department in the form of statistics, crime trends, details of department involvement in the community and much more. Chief David Dowda advised that this group would meet on a regular basis to engage residents and business members in the Longwood community in a mutual dialogue regarding police related needs and activity within the City.
