Have you ever gone back and forth on a decision? Or, put another way, have you ever waffled on a decision?
I have! The particular decision to which I am referring was on whether to include actual pictures or simple outlines of the projects in the Workbook, web-site, and marketing collateral. Up to this point we opted to show only the outline of the projects.
Two people changed my mind. The first was Julie Lillo of Accomplish Quilting. Her idea was that quilters are inspired by what they see. With only the outline showing it was similar to a mystery quilt: you don't know what you have until it is done. For the most part, that approach does not ignite inspiration.
The second was Dawn Veltema of Fun2Sew Creations. She did her project on black fabric with white thread. Wow! Great examples of a qualifying project. Shown here are projects 3 - 7, otherwise known as the "table runner".
This is just one of her Project photos that earned her CLM-019.
