February is Heart Month and it is so important that everyone understands the importance of heart hearth. Patients, health professionals, and communities can work together to create opportunities for people to make healthier choices. Help spread the word about ways to prevent sudden cardiac arrest and encourage people to live heart healthy lives.

Arrhythmia Alliance and its sister charities have lost a passionate and committed member of our ‘team’ with the unexpected death of Dr Adam Fitzpatrick on Saturday 18 January 2020. His legacy will live on with the ground-breaking research he published and his unique way of improving and delivering first-class arrhythmia services.

New Team Member
Welcome Clive Hetherington
Our recently appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), Clive Hetherington, will be responsible for helping to shape, implement and strengthen the charities processes and infrastructure. He has a strong background in marketing, communications and business development. He is also skilled in Copywriting, Advertising, Marketing Strategy, and Event Management. His medical and scientific publishing experience will be vital to the charity.

20 year old Maddy will be running the Virgin Money London Marathon for Arrhythmia Alliance on Sunday 26 April 2020. She is working hard at her training, going out for a run into the cold early in the morning before work, and has joined a gym too.
