Methodist Services & Mission First Housing held a ribbon-cutting for a $16 million renovation of Monument Village, a 60-unit affordable housing development in West Philadelphia.

Big, big thanks to Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia, Doylestown UMC, Foster Angels on Earth, Inc., Paoli UMC, Randy & Barbara Miller, Eleanor Roberts, Lee Rosengard, and Lucinda Veit for purchasing, assembling & dropping off fabulous Back to School donations including 800 backpacks filled with school supplies and 50 full sets of school uniforms. Helping our children & families start off the school year with an abundance of goods!

Celebrating Caribbean culture at Methodist Services’ Heritage Summer Camp! Shout out to Out-of-School-Time Students & Staff for fab choreography, routines & drumming! Parents, relatives, friends & residents came out to cheer on our campers!

Food Drive benefitting 50 households: Methodist Services’ Community Schools at Overbrook Educational Center! Families received packages as they picked up children, at the close of Summer Camp.

Over 30 families from Gompers & Overbrook Educational Center joined the general case management team at Methodist Services for an End of Summer pool party celebration on our 22-acre campus. Congratulations!

Community Counseling Services (CCS) provides outpatient mental health treatment to Northampton County and the surrounding areas. We provide individual, family and group outpatient counseling and psychiatric services. Established in 1992 as a program of Methodist Services, CCS operates offices in Bangor and Easton. Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Community Counseling Services is a private, nonprofit and nonsectarian organization.
