Does anyone else miss these machines? Something so scary yet fun about the fortune's that were told at least that is how I felt as a kid. Confused and not sure what to expect or believe for 25 cents I walked away with a lot of intel! As we approach 2023 there will be many fortune teller's predicting the housing market, who will you listen too?

As we say farewell to 2022 and we glimpse back on the last three years of the housing market, it was an incredible feat! Seller's cashed in and most buyers overreached to obtain their new homes in the suburbs.
This is no prediction, we will never see that market again.

So what does 2023 have instore?

Well it is rather simple, real estate is local. We live in Fairfield County that is rich in amenities, close to NY and incorporates wonderful towns that are very much desired.

For sellers the home prices will remain stable and price corrections will be rare as long as the home are priced legitimately. We continue to have extreme demand and the median prices remain strong.
It is a great time to list.

For buyers while you are waiting for the right home keeping saving and continue to be patience I know buyer fatigue is real! Please work with a professional real estate agent who knows the local market so when your opportunity presents itself, you can pounce.
