Berkshire County Head Start

Berkshire County Head Start, established in 1976, is an early childhood program providing education, health, and special education services to children and their families. They serve all of Berkshire County with six sites in Great Barrington, Pittsfield, and North Adams.



Head Start programs are so much more than just childcare. They take a holistic approach to child development, addressing not only educational needs but also health, nutrition, and social services. This comprehensive approach ensures that children receive the support they need to thrive in all areas of their lives.

Berkshire Humane Society’s Catwalk Boutique

Catwalk Boutique is an upscale resale boutique specializing in women’s clothing and accessories. The shop is almost entirely run by volunteers, and sales benefit Berkshire Humane Society.
