Thanks to each and every church that submitted their Annual President's report this year. 59 out 59 reporting churches submitted the information and it provides valuable insight for our district NMI council into how Nazarene Mission International can help our churches promote Nazarene Missions throughout the district.
Delegate information has been mailed via USPS to the address identified in the Annual Report along with the following resources for the Pastor/NMI President:
Please review the materials, distribute the Voter Ids & Keys to your delegates and help prepare delegates for voting and the NMI Convention prior to July 14 at noon at Wooster Nazarene. Email Sharron Sankovich at ncohionmi@gmail.com if you haven't received your information by June 30.
80 programs will be printed to take to Wooster Nazarene to hand out to guests and non-delegate attenders of the NMI Convention. Please print programs for your delegates and encourage them to bring these programs with them to convention. Programs will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Voting for District NMI President, District NMI Secretary and District NMI council will occur via
Election Runner on July 14 from 11:30am to 2:30pm. A few voting assistants with devices to vote with are available a half hour before convention(11:30-noon) and a half hour after convention(2-2:30pm) in the foyer of Wooster Nazarene to help anyone with their voting credentials who may need assistance. Voters who provided a valid email address should receive an email from Election Runner on July 14 with their necessary voting credentials and a direct link to the ballot. Free guest WIFI access is available at Wooster with no password required for delegates with tablets that has no access to data providers.
If a delegate mislaid or has forgotten their voting credentials on July 14 please look for Pastor Bernie Dickson in the foyer of Wooster Nazarene or if viewing remotely call 419-934-2468, he has a master list of all 364 pre-registered delegates both elected and ex officio where he can look up their voter credentials.
A children's SWIMMING activity for kindergarten through grade 6 is available for Wednesday, July 14 from noon to 4:30pm for a cost of $5. The cost includes transportation and snack; indoor option available if weather is questionable. Pre-registration required.
