Looking for some excitement this summer? The WAWM RCS Department will have Operation Recreation and Rex’s Craft Show on the run this summer visiting local playgrounds and parks throughout the city. These FREE mobile play units plan to keep your children active and engaged while we play with them in our local play spaces.
Operation Recreation will keep your children moving and encourage them to use their imaginations utilizing agility ladders and hurdles, hula hoops, jump ropes, a bubble machine and the famous Imagination Playground Big Blue Blocks. This play unit will create opportunities for children to be physically active while using their creativity and collaborating with others to create a fun experience.
Rex’s Craft Show creates arts and craft opportunities. Create fun projects, sidewalk artwork and more with our Play Leaders. Supplies will be provided and projects will vary throughout the summer.
