A Message from our President, Maggie Spizzirri

"We want to take a moment to reflect on what your membership has helped make possible, and what we’re building together.

In a world that continues to shift and surprise us, one thing remains steady: the Chamber’s commitment to showing up for business. From the local coffee shop to regional collaborations and national policy conversations, your Chamber is there, advocating with clarity, building partnerships, and creating tools that help businesses.

This past year, we became the fastest-growing Chamber in British Columbia and the 3rd fastest-growing in Canada among our size. That recognition isn’t about numbers, it’s about trust. It’s about community. And it’s about the power of a dedicated team of people working every day to ensure that when a Revelstoke business needs support, they have somewhere to turn.

That’s what Chamber membership means. It's being part of something steady, strategic, and human.

With that spirit, we’re proud to share our new 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, a roadmap created through reflection, broad consultation, and intention. This plan won’t sit on a shelf. It’s already guiding our next steps and we’ll stay committed to turning strategy into action, ensuring that our priorities reflect the real needs of Revelstoke’s business community.

We’re also thrilled to announce that the Board has voted to change Caroline Lachapelle’s title from Executive Director to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a reflection of the leadership, innovation, and fierce dedication she has brought to our organization and community.

Thank you for being part of this work. We’re grateful for your continued trust, and we’re proud to be in it with you.

With gratitude,"

- Maggie Spizzirri
