Rooted in Community. Driven by Impact.

The Year Ahead

As 2025 ended, coalition members came together to build on the shared vision, collaboration, and trust developed over the past several years. The coalition has consistently responded to challenges and opportunities together and that shared approach will continue in 2026.

Specifically, the coalition will expand resources by engaging new local and national partners, advance advocacy and education to increase access to available resources, and formalize its structure to strengthen coordination, sustainability, and long-term collective impact.

As you plan your year, follow along here to learn about the work of members, partners, and friends, and stay informed on resources, upcoming opportunities, and more.
