We made it! Our second year of a global pandemic is finally over. Remember December 2020 when everyone was talking about having the pandemic year behind us as if it would magically disappear at the stroke of midnight? Still here. As are virtual classrooms, boosters, mask mandates and overall concern about our future. I am not sure the pandemic and its effects will ever truly be gone. But with the new year there is renewed hope. Hope that the struggles and trials of the past year, while still lingering, will not tear us further down. Hope that our new year brings us strength and fortitude to continue to manage our children’s needs and our families’ wellbeing during the most trying time in a century of mankind. Let’s remain positive, with a greater hope that guides us to new beginnings, new possibilities, and new dreams for our children. The Center for Exceptional Families extends our good wishes to you and your family that the year 2022 will be a great year for those you love.
