The start of a new year is a time of reflection, thanksgiving and hope for the year to come. In this newsletter, we look back at some of the most memorable moments of 2020 at BsideU, give you a view of one of our most popular Life Skills classes, and highlight our first client wedding at the new facility.

  • The number of clients coming into 701 and 140 resulting in saved babies!! 
  • Being open and able to serve during the pandemic. 
  • Amazing Love Thy Neighborhood Interns. What a gift they have been to the ministry! 
  • Dare to Care hosting a class at BsideU for our clients. 
  • Aetna Medicaid’s generous gifting of car seats to our Baby & Me class in addition to toiletries & cleaning supplies for our Life Skills benevolence store. 
  • Dr. Kaufman’s many years of service to the Lord in this ministry for the benefit of clients & staff. 
  • Strength and endurance for all who serve. 
  • Mendy Mason, who is joining our staff full time in January as instructor and counselor. 
  • Launching of mobile ministry, including safe travel to special training in January. 
  • More clients to walk through our doors in 2021 and for more opportunities to share the Gospel. 
  • Clients who struggle with ongoing addictions. 
  • NTI & clients' children – creative ways for BsideU to help. 
  • Mental health of clients who were recently hospitalized and their children’s safety while in care of family members. 
  • Clients’ hearts be soft and responsive to the Holy Spirit working in their lives.
