The document outlines guidelines for reopening the states as the coronavirus pandemic eases. It proposes three phases:
- For states and regions that satisfy the gating criteria
- For states and regions with no evidence of rebound and that satisfy the gating criteria a second time
- For states and regions with no evidence of rebound and that satisfy the gating criteria a third time
Each phase address three specific groups:
- Individuals
- Employers
- Specific employers (Senior Care Facilities and Hospitals, Large Venues, Gyms, and Bars)
It is not clear yet how these plans may change in the future.
