Wishing you good times, good cheer,
and a memorable new year.
All of us at the Arts Council of Placer County want to thank you for creating and supporting the arts this past year!
Hello Arts Supporters,

As we navigated through a unique and challenging way of life, we hope you found peace and joy in the Arts. The Arts Council of Placer County (ACPC) has been proud to adapt and change with you, and increase our support to you.
OUR ROLE
With an expanded focus on grants and arts in education, the ACPC will continue to increase arts funding. Our marketing with social media, news coverage, and media partnerships grew stronger in 2020. Continue to watch for our newsletters and emails keeping you informed and connected in the new year.
SUPPORT
As the designated Arts partner for Placer County and the California Arts Council, we are incredibly grateful for the support and contributions of both of these important funders. Carrying out our scope of work for these organizations is how we enhance local arts in Placer County.
Although 2020 was challenging for us all, ACPC was fortunate to receive contributions from numerous supporters, businesses, and sponsors. These were immensely valuable in keeping the arts alive and thriving during these difficult times.

This month, the Arts Council of Placer County Endowment Fund was seeded through a loving bequest from Anu Vuorikoski. The ACPC is seeking support from the community to help grow this fund with planned gifts via Placer Community Foundation. Forward-thinkers like Anu and you, will ensure the arts remain a constant source of creativity, inspiration, and joy in our community. Click the button for more details about this fund:
SUCCESS
These programs helped sustain creative minds, nurture our sense of community, and put funding in place for continuing arts.  In November, ACPC carried out our re-imagined Placer Artists Studios Tour. We created the Holiday Gift Catalogue for the Tour artists and assisted with creation of on-line shops for art sales.
