Sellers More Cautious as COVID-19 Cases Spike
Reprinted from Realtor Magazine, January 11, 2021
Americans are showing more angst about selling their homes, according to Fannie Mae’s latest Home Purchase Sentiment Index, which is based on a poll of 1,000 consumers. The drop in home selling sentiment, posted in December, came as consumers faced worsening COVID-19 infections across the U.S., says Doug Duncan, Fannie Mae’s senior vice president and chief economist. The index’s “good time to sell” and “good time to buy” components dropped “significantly” as respondents noted concern over economic conditions, he added.

Welcome Savannah Swing to the RCP Team!
I was born and raised in Cleveland, GA. After high school, I attended North Georgia Technical College where I obtained my associates degree in Accounting. After being a manager for 3 years at my local hometown grocery store, I was blessed with the opportunity to further my career pathway in the poultry equipment industry. I became accounts receivable coordinator for a rising logistics company where I learned various forms of accounting such as quoting, invoicing, balancing aging reports, etc.… I am always eager to jump in, learn a new task and further my education which is why I was so excited to come work for Russell C. Peterson Law firm.
