Not only is Rick Dye December’s Tusco Employee Spotlight, he’s also this year’s Project Management MVP and 25 years of service recipient. So it’s safe to say he’s an integral part of our Tusco team!
Rick is an Estimator and Project Manager working throughout central Alabama with our repeat customers, listening to their needs and translating them into ways Tusco can help.
Rick’s been with Tusco since 1988 when the company consisted of 4 people and 2 trucks. He considers himself a “boomerang” because he left to work elsewhere, only to come back to Tusco because of how much he enjoys and respects the company. Rick’s favorite part about working at Tusco is going to all the different job sites, meeting people and learning more about their craft, and watching jobs progress. He truly feels that if you enjoy what you do, you never work a day in your life!
