Longtime Stone Harbor resident, Bill Dougherty was five years old when his dad came home and announced that the family was bankrupt in 1930. In this 26-minute movie Bill describes with wit and good humor the hardships and joys of growing up poor in the depression. Told with love and attention to detail, the movie will be followed by questions and answers and a shared discussion of those hard times.
