Given what 2020 has been like for much of the parking industry, let us hope that the future is different and in a positive way. It would be a significant understatement to say that 2020 has been a difficult year for many in the industry. While the latest COVID outbreak in Sydney has reminded us that the virus is still with us, it is also pleasing to see that the NSW Government have the capability to get on top of it quickly.
