Lori and Michele share the same commitment to reform and transparency, having both served in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Chicago. As the Chicago Tribune said, "Lori is an innovator, a lawyer of high integrity, a woman with a mighty big backbone. Lightfoot promises to be the stronger agent of reform...We expect that she will advance and protect what works for the citizens of this city."

And the Chicago Tribune said about Michele, " Alderman Michele Smith has been a tenacious guardian of her constituents’ interests ... Smith has been independent and reform-minded on the council."

Early Voting is available through Monday, April 1. The Lincoln Park Library (1150 W. Fullerton Ave.) is the main location for early voting in the 43rd Ward.

TODAY, Saturday, March 23rd: 9AM - 5PM

Sunday, March 24th: 10AM - 4PM

Monday, March 25th - Friday, March 29th: 9AM - 7 PM

Saturday, March 30th: 9AM - 5PM

Sunday, March 31st: 10AM - 4PM

Monday, April 1st: 9AM - 5PM

For the runoff election, Chicago voters may use any Early Voting & Registration location in the city from March 18 through April 1. To look up more early voting locations and times, please click here .

In-person voter registration is available at every Early Voting site. Any voter that requires first time registration, address update, or name change must show two forms of ID, one of which shows the current address.
