Welcome to Ewing Town Center in Ewing Township. Located in Mercer County, the Ewing Town Center will be built in phases. and, when completed will provide a total 118 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, January 9th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applications are being processed on a "first-come, first served" basis. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Housing Region 4 (Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties). Please see Terms and Conditions for important information.

Virtual Meeting Policy:
The public is welcome to attend via GoToWebinar. Registration to attend the random selection online is limited to 500. Please note that you need NOT be present to participate. There is NO advantage or priority granted to applicants who attend. Priority numbers chosen at the Random Selection will be available online approximately one hour after the random selection occurs. Use the button for more information including (after the lottery) your priority number.
