Welcome to Regent Oaks at Freehold in Monmouth County. This is a 55 and older adult community, where at least one member of the household must be 55 years of age or older, and no member of the household can be younger less than 19 years of age. Regent Oaks at Freehold includes 23 two- bedroom, very-low, low- and moderate- income homes for sale to income qualified households. A random selection will be held on October 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, August 15th, 2023. During the final application process, a preference will be given to households that live or work in Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.
