Welcome to The District North Market, located in the Borough of Montvale, Bergen County, New Jersey. These apartments are designed to help meet the Borough's “fair share” of the growing need for affordable housing in New Jersey. This development offers 44 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. These apartments are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income meets the criteria for affordable housing. A random selection will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, July 21st, 2022. Applications received after the deadline date, but before August 1, 2022 will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis. The wait list has been closed as of August 1, 2022. |
Virtual Meeting Policy:
The public is welcome to attend via GoToWebinar. Registration to attend the random selection online is limited to 500. Please note that you need NOT be present to participate. There is NO advantage or priority granted to applicants who attend. All participants will be notified by mail as to the results of this process.
