A random selection will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, December 7, 2021.

Ready for occupancy, Ovation at Riverwalk, located in Plainsboro, Middlesex County, New Jersey, has set aside 39 one-bedroom affordable rentals for income-qualified households in which at least one member is 55 years of age or older and no one in the household is less than 19 years of age. A random selection will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00PM, December 2, 2020. Applications are still being accepted for Ovation and will be processed on a first come, first served basis after the application which are entered into the random selection process.
