A random selection will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 11:30 AM for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, May 25th, 2022.

Rock Point:
Rockaway Township, Morris County, NJ
Rock Pointe in Rockaway Township, Morris County, features a total 40 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Ten (10) of the forty (40) affordable housing units may be developed as alternative living arrangements or Supportive Units, which would be subject to additional regulatory requirements that govern such units and the individuals who occupy them. Applicants for all of the affordable housing units must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, June 7th, 2022.
