After more than 15 years of faithful and dedicated service, Louise Kerr is retiring from her position as Director of Communications. Her last official day in the OAPC office will be Wednesday, January 19. She will remain on staff in a consulting capacity until her official last day, February 28. We are so thankful that Louise will remain those weeks in a consulting capacity. As I’m sure you can imagine, Louise is a fountain of information and institutional memory. She knows how to do everything, and some things, only she knows how to do!
Please plan to attend worship on Sunday, January 30, where we will celebrate Louise’s ministry at OAPC. Her skill on the job, plus her spirit of joy, grace, and teamwork, are most worthy of celebration.
We’d also like to present Louise a monetary gift from the church. If you would like to contribute to this gift, you can do so by texting OAPC to 73256. You can also give through the Church Life mobile app, online (www.oapc.net), or through the church office. Please designate your gift as “Louise Kerr.” We are also accepting cards and notes that can be mailed to or dropped off at the church office by Friday, January 28, to be presented to her on Sunday, January 30.
