Louisville Original's Chef Wins Cook-off
Bristol Bar & Grille has two Blue Ribbon award winning chefs as Chef Chris Ross and Bill Lynch both were victorious in the KY State Fair Cast Iron Cook off, click here to read more.
Chef Bill Lynch will be competing in Farm Fresh Food cook off at the Rainbow Blossom Farmers Market Celebration. He'll have one hour to shop and cook a meal for four using the bounty of local meats, eggs, and cheeses found at the Farmers' Market. For more information click here.

Bistro 301 is now open for Breakfast/Brunch
Bistro 301 will start serving breakfast-brunch Monday-Friday from 9am to 11am and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. The menu will feature local eggs, meats and cheeses. Look for repeats like Stonecross Farms smoked ham benedict with sriracha hollandaise, Creekstone Farms hanger steak and eggs, Peanut Butter- banana and bacon stuffed French toast and classic items such as fresh biscuits with sausage gravy and a smoked salmon omelet.
