Dear OLOL Families,
I hope that you all had a wonderful 4th of July.
Here in the office we starting to ramp up for the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
I’m happy to announce that Abby Carter has accepted the position as administrative assistant. Mrs. Carter has recently worked at KI as a project manager She will bring a wealth of experience and is very excited to join us. She will be starting on Monday, July 15th. Welcome Mrs. Carter!
Since Mrs. Carter is new and won’t know all of our wonderful families, we will be changing our protocols in regards to access at the school main entrance. Mrs. Carter is going to speak with anyone who comes to our front door. Please respond by saying your name and the grades your children are in. Thank you for your assistance with this change.
Stan and his summer cleaning crew are making great progress in getting OLOL ready for students. The 2nd floor is already done and they are almost finished with the 1st floor. Thank you to Stan and his crew.
We plan to send our back-to-school packet during the week of July 29th. Please keep an eye out for it and please reach out if you haven’t received it by August 2nd.
“Holidays and vacations can help to balance activity with contemplation, haste, and more natural rhythms, noise with the heralding silence of peace” - Pope John Paul II
