Love - what a word. It’s one we use so casually and without thought sometimes. I LOVE tacos! Or, I LOVE your yoga pants! On the opposite end of the spectrum, it can be a word that is almost paralyzing to say for fear of what the receiving side will think. It can create pain, joy, exhilaration....the list goes on. It’s a word with many layers and definitions. I think this is a word best defined by the individual. What does love mean to you? How do you express your love? And, what do you love besides tacos and cool yoga pants? As we move into the month of celebrating love, it is a great time to reflect on who and what you love and let your heart be open.
For me, to love something is to be fully committed. I love yoga! It has changed my life in so many ways and I am committed to maintaining and growing this relationship with my mind and body. I love teaching! I am committed to my students and doing my best to share my knowledge and love of yoga with them. I love BYS Yoga! I am committed to this beautiful community. I love this studio and the space that has been created for us to share our collective positive energies. It is a place where you can Be Your Self and take comfort in knowing there is a common thread connecting us.
