Meet our MOM Mobile Midwife

Lucinda Muscadin, CNM

Lucinda Muscadin is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife who helps women through all stages of life. She has worked for over 10 years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, ensuring families get the best care. Lucinda earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati, where she learned a lot about being a midwife.

Lucinda’s goal is to give caring and complete support to moms and babies. She helps women with check-ups during pregnancy, helps with labor and birth, and supports them after their baby is born. Lucinda listens to each person’s needs and helps them feel strong and informed about their choices.

Lucinda loves helping families, and she is proud to be your Midwife.

We’re now accepting applications for the chance to take center stage as one of our 2025 Dancing With The Martin Stars star dancers! 

As we celebrate our 14th year, we’re looking for passionate and dedicated community leaders to help raise funds and awareness for Martin County Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. The season kicks off with a cast breakfast in early May, followed by fundraising and rehearsals leading up to the spectacular opening night in September! 

No dance experience? No problem! Each star dancer will be paired with a professional dancer who will guide them through a full routine.

A huge thank you to United Way of Martin County and their Students United! We can’t thank them enough for their interest and eagerness to volunteer. They accomplished an astonishing amount, including bagging diapers/pull-ups, sorting and hanging clothes, folding items in the boutique, breaking down boxes, applying phone number stickers to our MOM mobile rack cards, and more! The diaper pantry is once again stocked with bagged diapers, and the boutique is full and organized so that our grateful clients can browse for their monthly items. Also, a special thank you to the students who brought donated items for the boutique. The Martin County Healthy Start Coalition team and all of our clients thank you!
