Orientation was more than lectures and notetaking. We got everyone up and moving.
Bet you didn't know this was a dance class, huh?
| |
In October, the class will be visiting different industries in the county and learning about ethics in the workplace and how the community has adapted to an ever-changing workforce.
Stay tuned for the report on their Oct 15th session.

Chattooga Flex is excited for our inaugural year, and we're happy to announce that we have 27 applicants representing 26 companies in Chattooga County.
That is amazing!!! Thank you all!
Our first official order of business is to get the students on the FLEX portal to start their journey. We are hosting a Business Plan Workshop for October 22, 8:30-11:30a with local and regional experts in the field. We will be reaching out to local community leaders, business owners, educators, and financial institutions to help us guide these students to own and operate their own successful business!

SUPPORT THE ARTS!
The Tooga will once again be a performing arts venue and centerpiece in downtown Summerville. Until that time, please support the local arts in our schools, in our events, in our art environments and everywhere that is Chattooga.
A world without arts is a world without creative thoughts, chosen words, inspiring visuals and magnificent sounds.
