Itβs time to start thinking about Easter (March 31)! Our Holiday Hams are available for pre-order now through Feb. 14.
Hansen's Hams are supplied from Webster City Custom Meats in Webster City, Iowa. They are bone-in, skinless, shankless and certified hickory smoked. There are two sizes: half hams (7-9 pounds, serves 10) and whole hams (15-18 pounds, serves 20).
Prices are as follows:
- Half ham, uncut: $3.79/lb
- Half ham, spiral cut: $4.89/lb
- Whole ham, uncut: $3.59/lb
- Whole ham, spiral cut: $4.69/lb

On a recent Monday, Nick Reiter stopped into our Waterloo store to buy 4 gallons of milk. It's been his routine every week since the store opened nearly two decades ago.
Sometimes Nick treats himself to chocolate ice cream, too.
"Nick is one of our best customers. We love Nick," says Waterloo Store Manager Charity Miers.
That alone makes Nick worthy of Customer of the Month honors. But there's more. Nick says he absolutely loves the quality of our products.
"You're selling a good product for a good price," he says. "Good milk and good people. You can't beat that!"

Our February Cow of the Month is one mooooo-dy gal. (Say it with us: Bad puns are good fun.)
Meet Mo. As in Mo' attitude. Mo' sass. Mo' trouble.
Seriously. The heart-shaped marking on her hard head might just be the sweetest thing about her.
At 3 years old, Mo is a strong, deep-bodied cow who uses her size and strength to her advantage. She's built to be tough. Unsurprisingly, her occasional stubborn antics don't go over well with her herd mates.
Outside of the milking parlor, Mo is friendly and curious around people. But when she's working in the parlor, she's all business sprinkled with a little mischief. Mo's milk production is average, but her mood maintenance sure is high.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded*
- 1/4 cup butter*
- 2 cups whole milk*
- 2 lbs dry pasta (shells, rotini or elbow are good choices)
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
*Items that can be purchased at Hansen's Dairy stores
For a lighter version, reduce the amount of butter and use reduced-fat cheese, cream cheese and milk.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until barely al dente.
- Drain and transfer pasta to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut up cream cheese and stir into pasta until melted.
- In a separate saucepan, combine shredded cheese, butter and milk. Heat slowly on low heat until well blended.
- Pour cheese sauce over pasta and stir.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
