   Crossings offers two supports this week...
Acupressure to Support the Immune System with Cathy Miller, Crossings Practitioner and National Teacher, is Wednesday night at 7 PM. This is a practical self-care and family-care approach to strengthening your immune system.

Yoga with Elizabeth Hubley, LYT, is Thursday at Noon. This is a fabulous yoga class that many Crossings practitioners attend and rave about.
Our current practice of physical distancing may be an opportune time to learn something new!
