Valentine's Day is an ideal time to focus on the Heart Chakra, the center of empathy, kindness and love, and where we process and store emotional experiences. A balanced Heart Chakra allows us to freely give and receive love, be compassionate and feel a sense of wholeness and profound unity with others.
Activities that promote and maintain a balanced Heart Chakra, located at the center of the chest, include volunteering and involvement in charitable work, reading inspirational books, watching romantic movies, reading or writing poetry, and treating yourself to some high-quality dark chocolate...oh, and collective laughter (see below)!
