Valentine's Day can be divisive. Some of us are all hearts and flowers and chocolate while others reject the so-called holiday as a ruse to sell more cards and jewelry. As an organization that holds power and love as one of our core polarities, we talk about love more than most businesses. We love the work we do. We love talking about complexity and adult development. We love sharing those ideas through experiments like The Meadow. And while we don't love failure, we do love the potential in taking risks and "disrupting ourselves in good company", as one Coaching and Leading Inclusively participant put it.
