Across the Baltimore-Washington and Peninsula-Delaware Conferences, congregations are responding with compassion and courage to the very real needs facing their neighbors. To support and amplify this sacred work, we are launching the Love in Action Grant. This micro-grant resource is designed to help churches care for individuals and families experiencing economic, food, immigration, and healthcare hardships.
We are also introducing the Community Care Network, a digital platform where UMC ministries can post and meet needs in real time, strengthening collaboration across the region.
