The Parc Center for Disabilities Development team is an essential part of the organization, focused on raising crucial funds to close the gap between program expenses and operational costs. Financial contributions from donors, sponsors, grants, events, and planned gifts help meet unfunded needs. which enhance and ensure essential programs, services, and exceptional continuity of care.
The Development team plays a vital role in engaging all stakeholders and fostering a culture of philanthropy among the Board of Trustees, staff, families, and the community, empowering them to serve as ambassadors of our mission in meaningful and diverse ways.

• Transformative lead gifts to the capital campaign, bringing Parc's new Children’s Services Center from a dream to reality.
• Life-changing contributions that expanded our Caregiver Relief Services, helping to reduce our waiting list.
• Gap-funding donations that provided speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children, regardless of medical insurance or a family’s financial ability.
• Gifts that grew the Supported Employment program, with 85 participants now employed at 31 companies.
• Gifts that funded durable medical equipment, such as ceiling lifts and tracking, ensuring safer transfers for adult participants.
