National Parks Fee Free Day
January 20
The Southeast Utah Group of national parks (Arches and Canyonlands national parks and Hovenweep and Natural Bridges national monuments) is joining national parks across the country in waiving entrance fees on five days in 2020 as a way to encourage people to get outdoors and spend time with their friends and family in the national parks this year.

Winter is a great time to be in Moab running, and we’ve chosen a lower elevation run, that will give you views of the towering Moab cliffs, Arches National Park, and the snow covered La Sals. 
Moab's Music Winterlude

The Moab Music Festival™ presents its 5th annual Winterlude week of education and community outreach events, and public concerts. All event proceeds benefit the MMF Education & Community Outreach Program.
Moab's Red Hot

Red Hot runners will have majestic views of the La Sal Mountains to the southeast and breathtaking views of Canyonlands National Park to the west. The Red Hot is being recognized as kicking off the ultra running calendar for most trail runners.
Skinny Tire Festival

This 20th Anniversary year of the Skinny Tire Festival features the best road cycling, jaw dropping, awe-inspiring scenery in the world. Featuring routes through Arches National Park, the Colorado River, and Dead Horse Point State Park, this is the year you want to be here. 
Canyolands Half Marathon

The first Canyonlands Half Marathon was run on May 1, 1976 had just 22 finishers, including a dog. Today, thousands of runners come together in March to enjoy the scenic red rock formations and winding Colorado River that Moab has come to be known for! Running parallel to Arches National Park and the Mighty Colorado, runners are in for a real treat.
