Upcoming Services & Announcements
Valentine's Day is fast approaching and our chefs are booking up!

Whole Health Everyday is a private chef service, not a catering company.   This means we are not preparing the same menu for multiple parties, buying bulk ingredients, or reusing ingredients from another clients’ party.   Your unique menu is just for you and is prepared by your professionally trained personal chef in your home. You control the ingredients and every aspect of the menu.  A true boutique personal chef experience.

Our chefs improve upon the romance, ease, and delicious food of a restaurant in the comfort of your home. We offer custom and preset menu options, we can do the shopping for the meal, and we go above top safety standards to cook for you safely.

After working many years as a cook for a local restaurant, Shelbie moved to Arizona and became employed for the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa as a Pastry Chef. She returned to school for her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.

As she expanded her travels and experiences across the country, her love for saltwater seafood flourished. She loves preparing and eating fresh sushi! Her rural, Midwest upbringing also exposed her to gardening and agriculture. Her dad grew any type of vegetable you could think of in his gardens, so using the flavors of fresh vegetables, herbs, and seasonings truly compliments her meals!

When her time is not occupied in the kitchen, Chef Shelbie enjoys traveling the world, trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Shelbie also volunteers her time with The Make A Wish Foundation.

"I cook because cooking is very personal and individualized, where you can share your journey and discover others. There’s the act of creating something extraordinary out of nothing with a few simple ingredients. You can see the smile on your guests after the meal begins." ~ Chef Courtney

Chef Courtney volunteers with Sun Produce Co-op in Phoenix, enjoys traveling and discovering new eateries, and brunching on the weekends when she's not in the kitchen. She's passionate about  helping people find their individual healthy food path and journey.

~ Featured Health Tip ~
Stress makes everything so much harder and no one is immune to it. Stress comes from a variety of issues work, school, illness, current events, and wide range of other issues. Oftentimes, we are dealing with multiple sources at once. It can be overwhelming or running at a low buzz in the background, but rarely are we free of it entirely. This is a major issue! Without managing stress a chemical, called cortisol, will run rampant in your body.

Since I decided to purchase an Instant Pot, I have found that it has become my favorite thing in my kitchen! The versatility of this equipment has changed my approach to home cooked meals. The time and effort it takes is like no other and I have to say as a Chef sometimes the last thing I want to do is slave over another stove. This recipe can about on a cold winter’s night. I was craving something hardy, stewed, and delicious. The beautiful thing about this dish is that you can use almost any ingredient you have on hand. It is such a versatile dish just like the Instant Pot. You will find yourself craving this dish on a cold night after making it once!
